Panel A
Tommy, terrified and weeping, holds on to Boogy with both of his little hands. Alice clings to Boogy's arm with all her strength. Handsome is shocked to see the boy here. He can only stare at the little boy trying to save his friends. Tommy, like Handsome, seems completely unaffected by the pull of the vortex.
TOMMY: "ALICE! Don't let go!"
Panel B
Handsome snarls and pulls his pistol as he advances on the boy. Tommy doesn't see Handsome at all. He reaches out one hand to grab for Alice, amazed by the strength he seems to have. Unaffected as he is by the vortex, he seems able to secure both Boogy and Alice with ease. Alice is smiling and crying as she reaches for Tommy's hand.
ALICE: "TOMMY!"
Panel C
Handsome advances on Tommy, his pistol leveled at the boy's face. Tommy doesn't see him coming, but Alice does.
Panel D
Tommy and Boogy scream as Alice lets go of Boogy, her attention focused on the gun and the man who wields it.
TOMMY: "ALICE!"
BOOGY: "NOOOOOOO!"
