Hey! Where's the Artwork?

Panel A

Inside the parlor once more. Baba Yaga's pillar has fallen. It lies across the floor like a great stone log, broken up into several smaller pieces. Baba Yaga clings to one piece, even as it begins to slide across the floor toward Samhain's mouth. The air above the parlor is filled with great stones and the bodies of hundreds of demons, spinning inward toward the vortex of Samhain's throat. Alice has lost her grip on the stones, but Boogy has her by the arm. Boogy strains as he tries to anchor them both with one hand. Handsome turns away from Samhain and points at Alice with the scalpel.

HANDSOME: "And you. Did you really think YOU were the heroes of this story?"

Panel B

Boogy and Alice turn their attention to the body of Samhain, that shell of flesh that contained his terrible nature. Their resolve is weakening. Samhain seems overwhelmed and unable to stop what is happening. Handsome address Boogy and Alice.

HANDSOME: "You're no different from any of the others. But I will enjoy your deaths the most."

Panel C

Boogy loses his grip on the stone. He and Alice fall away from the floor, Boogy's fingers scrabbling over the floor in desperate search for some handhold.

Panel D

Close up of one tiny hand grabbing onto Boogy's fingers in the moment before he and Alice would be drawn into the vortex and destroyed.
