Alice walks the glittering corridor that connects Tommy's room to the Nacre Expanse. Behind her in his closet doorway stands Tommy, waving goodbye. Alice returns the wave over her shoulder, smiling.
Tommy: "Goodnight!"
Panel B
Alice walks the glittering corridor that connects Tommy's bedroom with the Nacre Expanse. She swings the doctor's bag happily as she goes.
ALICE (thinking): "I think they're going to be okay."
Panel C
Alice nearing the end of the corridor. We see that the door has been propped open with a brick.
ALICE (thinking): "It feels good to help someone for a change. Maybe I'll be okay, too."
Panel D
Alice pushes the door open with her free hand, and is shocked to find Baba Yaga standing before her, flanked by demons, and grinning her iron-toothed grin.
BABA YAGA: "Welcome back, deary."
