We see Handsome and the mystery man looking at each other face to face. Although Handsome's eye is intact, the flesh surrounding it is badly bruised and flushed with blood. Mystery man's face is old, and ashen gray. His lips and eyelids are sewn shut, as though inexpertly closed in preparation for burial. He is smiling a tight little smile, as though he is amused by something only he can perceive.
HANDSOME: "Something. Different."
